Zachary Ryan

Zachary Ryan, CPA, CGMA, CFE, is a Partner with Lethert and has been with the Firm since 2008. Zack’s background includes working with an international audit firm, a regional CPA firm, and the Federal government. As the Firm’s Small Business Tax Services and Consulting Practice Leader, he specializes in providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to closely held and small businesses. Zack also focuses on providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals, and auditing.

EXPERIENCE

Zack has significant experience with family-owned businesses, and companies in a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and service. He is proficient at individual taxes, sales and use tax, litigation accounting, business valuations, foreign resident taxes, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and the Minnesota Department of Revenue. In addition, Zack serves not-for-profit organizations.

Active in several accounting and professional associations, Zack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of several local not-for-profit organizations.
